Due to the popularity of our Fitness Friday program I would like to open up Thursdays to guests that would be interested in experiencing the gym environment with the safety net of our support workers guiding you along the way.

Support Cost (1:3 Ratio) : $112.60 + Travel
Gym Thursdays is an opportunity to get familiar with the gym environment in a safe space with the guidance of a support worker showing you the ropes.
Attending the gym is an amazing way to create a healthy lifestyle as well as testing limits both physically and mentally. Together with a support worker you can create achievable goals and track your progress each week.
